Introduction

Welcome to AEC PIX! We are dedicated to providing you with high-quality photography services. This document outlines our business policies to ensure smooth and professional interactions with our clients. By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking & Payment

1.1 Booking Process

To secure your booking, a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit are required. The deposit amount will be $10 and will be deducted from the final balance.

2. Session Guidelines

2.1 Punctuality

Please arrive on time for your session. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your remaining time, but any delays may result in a shortened session.

2.2 Location & Travel

We currently do not have a permanent venue as our shoots are in various locations appropriate to your shoot. You will be responsible for any additional travel costs. 

2.3 Clothing & Props

Please communicate with us in advance if you plan to bring props, specific outfits, or other special requests. We suggest wearing outfits that compliment your session’s theme or vibe, and we are happy to provide recommendations if needed.

4. Liability & Safety

4.1 Safety

Client safety is our priority. We will not engage in any activity that may compromise safety during sessions. If you have any specific safety concerns, please let us know ahead of time.

4.2 Liability

AEC PIX is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during the session. We encourage clients to take necessary precautions and ensure the safety of their guests, especially during outdoor shoots or events.


5. Confidentiality & Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining confidentiality. Your personal details, booking information, and any sensitive data will be kept secure and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with your consent.


6. Client Conduct

We ask that all clients and their guests treat our team with respect during the session. Inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or disruptive conduct may result in termination of the session with no refund.


7. Special Requests

If you have any specific requests or requirements for your session (e.g., makeup artists, particular locations), please let us know at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but additional charges may apply for any third-party services.


8. Terms of Agreement

By confirming your booking with AEC PIX, you agree to the terms outlined in this document. Both parties will adhere to the contract, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the agreed terms.
